Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform developer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. This role is designed for a technical expert who can build enterprise-level applications using Dataverse and SQL Server while managing the overall governance and security of the platform via the Power Platform Admin Center. You will be responsible for transforming complex business requirements into scalable, automated, and data-driven solutions.
  
What will you do?
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
  • Design and develop high-performance Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps tailored to complex business logic.
  • Architect and manage robust data models within Dataverse and Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring high data integrity and optimized performance.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated, multi-stage automation flows using Power Automate to streamline organizational processes.
  • Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports using advanced DAX queries and Power Query to provide real-time actionable insights.
  • Oversee environment management, security roles, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies through the Power Platform Admin Center.
  • Utilize JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create web resources and extend standard platform capabilities.

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Deep hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including complex queries, data modeling, and star/snowflake schema design.
  • Proven ability to navigate and manage the Power Platform Admin Center effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct full-lifecycle analysis from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions to stakeholders clearly.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certification(s) is a plus.
