Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with deep hands-on expertise in Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade business applications. This role is highly technical and suited to someone who can work independently, mentor others, and contribute to solution architecture decisions. You will play a critical role in delivering scalable, secure, and high performance solutions across complex business domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Power Platform Development
• Design and develop advanced Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps.
• Build robust Power Automate cloud flows, including complex approval workflows, integrations, and exception handling.
• Develop and maintain Dataverse:
o Tables, relationships, columns
o Business rules
o Calculated and rollup fields
o Plugins (C#) and custom APIs where required
• Implement Power Pages components (forms, lists, permissions) when needed.
Dataverse & Backend Engineering
• Design efficient and scalable Dataverse data models.
• Implement advanced security models:
o Security roles
o Team-based and hierarchy security
o Field-level security
• Develop C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and Dataverse Web API integrations.
• Optimize performance across Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Integration & Automation
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
o Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
o Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
o External systems via REST APIs
• Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for automated processes.
• Support data migration and data quality initiatives.
ALM, DevOps & Governance
• Package and deploy solutions using Power Platform solutions (managed/unmanaged).
• Implement ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Support environment strategy, DLP policies, and governance standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and solution artifacts.
