About Us
Ansi ByteCode LLP is an IT services company and Microsoft Solution Partner working on .NET, Azure & AI. We are a lean team where every role carries real responsibility. HR here runs the company's people engine, and this role sits at the center of it.

The Role
You will work directly under the HR Head and support every part of HR & admin operations. You will execute, learn our systems in depth, and take on more responsibility as you prove yourself. This role has a clear growth path to leading the HR function. We are looking for someone who wants to earn that, not someone who expects it on day one.

What You Will Do
  • Payroll & Attendance: Support monthly payroll on Keka, including attendance, leave, statutory deductions & final settlements. Learn to run the full cycle independently.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the quarterly OKR cycle. Review goals submitted by managers and flag weak ones to the HR Head. Sit in on appraisal meetings and prepare the groundwork for them.
  • Recruitment: Run end-to-end hiring for tech and non-tech roles under the HR Head's guidance. Write job descriptions, source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and referrals, and screen profiles. Conduct HR and cultural fit rounds, coordinate technical interviews, and manage candidates.
  • Onboarding & Exits: Handle joining formalities, documentation, Keka profiles, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
  • Compliance: Manage PF, ESIC, PT, and gratuity requirements. Support the POSH framework, awareness programs, and Internal Committee documentation.
  • Employee Benefits: Coordinate group medical insurance renewals, claims support, and employee queries.
  • HR Documentation: Draft appointment letters, policies, warnings, certificates, and agreements for review.
  • Engagement & Culture: Help plan events, recognition programs, and the annual company celebration.
  • Admin & Facilities: Oversee office operations, vendors, pantry, assets, and housekeeping with the admin executive.
  • Process Automation: Maintain and improve existing HR workflows.

What You Must Bring
  • 4+ years in HR generalist or HR operations roles, ideally in IT or IT services.
  • Hands-on payroll experience. You have processed it yourself.
  • Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Experience with an HRMS. Keka is a strong plus.
  • Comfort with Excel and Microsoft 365. Exposure to Power Automate is a plus.
  • Clear written and spoken English.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Proven experience hiring for IT roles, especially developers and technical profiles.
  • Hands-on sourcing skills on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
  • Ability to judge candidates beyond the resume. You can spot a bad fit before the offer, not after.

Who Will Succeed Here
  • You learn fast and ask the right questions early.
  • You take feedback without getting defensive.
  • You keep confidential matters confidential. Always.
  • You finish what you start without being chased.
  • You want to grow into leadership, and you are willing to do the groundwork first.

Why Join Us
You will learn HR from someone who built this entire function from scratch. You will work closely with leadership and see how real decisions get made. Few roles at this level come with a mentor and a path to the top seat.
